Vera is the initiator of the Russian Singing Bells in Auroville project. “The beautiful and harmonious sounds of this instrument help us tune to our own inner beauty and harmony. And then we can naturally express them in life, individually and collectively, thus creating a better world”. She lives and works in Auroville, the international township in the south of India that aspires to manifest the ideal of human unity given by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. She invites people to explore the Russian Singing Bells during her regular open programs in Auroville.
She also helps her husband Ashesh Joshi with his introductory workshops on the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. She has translated and edited several books of the Mother into Russian.
Ashesh helps Vera to develop the Russian Singing Bells in Auroville project. His focus is to explore these bells’ sound as a tool for inner work and connection with deeper levels of our being. Ashesh gives regular introductory workshops on the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and he is founder of the www.integralyoga-auroville.com web-site.
